Bakers of Danbury have been awarded a place on the Essex County Council Construction Framework 2.
The construction framework is intended for use in the procurement of range of new build and refurbishment schemes across the education sector. It is also available for other contracting bodies to use. Across the whole framework Essex County Council have predicted the Framework will have a total maximum spend of £400m over the four-year term.
Bakers of Danbury carry out new build and refurbishment works to schools and other community and public sector buildings which are not procured through the Framework, so are looking forward to receiving new project opportunities delivered through the Framework over the coming four years.
Peter Smyth, Managing Director or Bakers of Danbury said;
“We are delighted to have been successful in earning a place on the Essex County Council Construction Framework 2.
As Bakers have been established over 140 years we have worked with Essex County Council on many projects in the past. We look forward to working with Essex County Council on new projects and to seeing what new opportunities will arise as a result of being awarded a place on the Framework.”
