Subcontractor opportunities for our Insurance Repair Division
We are a long-established Essex based construction company with our head office based in Danbury, Essex.
We carry out a broad spectrum of building contract works from specialised restoration to mainstream construction and insurance repairs. We are looking to expand our subcontractor network to support our insurance related works across Essex and Kent.
We work closely with leading insurance companies and specialist loss adjusters to repair all types of insured risks to domestic and commercial premises usually while still occupied. Our projects cover a wide range of property repairs following incidents such as escape of water, fire, flooding, subidence and impact damage from smaller remedial works through to full reinstatement and structural repair schemes.
What we are looking for
We wish to build long-term relationships with reliable contractors across multiple trades who can support consistent delivery in both residential and commercial environments.
Our work is distrubuted across the following regions: Kent: Bromley, Dartford, Canterbury, Medway, Maidstone, Tunbridge Wells. Essex: Chelmsford, Colchester, Southend on Sea, Romford, Ilford. This offers our subcontractors the opportunity to undertake jobs within their local area while also supporting wider coverage where required.
We are particularly interested in subcontractors who are based within, or regularly work across these areas. Local knowledge and the ability to respond efficiently to multiple locations is highly valued.
We are looking for the following trades:
- • Plumbing and heating
- • Carpentry and joinery
- • Electrical works
- • Flooring (laminate, vinyl, tiling)
- • Plastering and dryling
- • Painting and decorating
- • Multi-trade operatives
