At Bakers of Danbury, we are committed to not only preserving historic buildings but also supporting the communities in which we work. As part of this commitment, we were delighted to donate funds to the Essex & Herts Air Ambulance Trust (EHAAT), which has enabled them to purchase a new ipad to assist in the field with their life-saving work.
EHAAT provides critical emergency medical care and we are proud to contribute to their invaluable service. Below EHAAT shares how our donation is making a difference:
Lyndsay Wood, Corporate Partnerships Manager at Essex & Herts Air Ambulance, says...
‘This incredibly generous contribution towards the cost of new clinical iPads and cases will help us ensure our paramedics continue to provide life-saving care with the best tools available, and in line with compliance across our operations.
Our crews attend life-threatening missions each and every day, which are highly stressful, and so having access to easy-to-use equipment to access the right information will continue to assist us in our life-saving operation’.
The Importance of the EHAAT
Essex & Herts Air Ambulance (EHAAT) provide urgent care to critically injured patients wherever they are and whenever it’s needed. Securing new iPads and cases is integral to achieving this. Sponsorship of these vital items of equipment will help ensure that EHAAT’s critical care teams continue to operate at the highest levels of efficiency and safety; remaining available for patients in need of life-saving care across Essex, Hertfordshire and surrounding areas day or night, now and into the future.
