As part of the Taylor Wimpey Limebrook Park (East) development in Maldon, Bakers of Danbury have been appointed as the principal contractor for the construction of a new Sports Pavilion to be positioned to the southern area of the site.
Bakers of Danbury are working alongside FINC Architects and Taylor Wimpey.
The Sports Facility will provide changing rooms, showers, unisex toilets, male and female match day officiating rooms, a physio treatment room, offices and a large function hall which will be used by the residential community of the housing development.
Bakers of Danbury commenced construction work on 25th September 2023 with site preparation and the first foundations being dug and concrete poured.
