Bakers of Danbury were delighted support Otter Week, a yearly cadet sailing event held at the Royal Corinthian Yacht Club in Burnham-on-Crouch from 2-7 August 2025.
Otter Week 2025
Otter Week brings together junior and senior Otter members as well as non-members for a packed programme of sailing in fleets including Teras, Fevas, Lasers and Optimists. With this year’s Back in Time’ theme, the week involved a packed programme of activities from daily rowing challenges, a pirate scavenger hunt, fancy dress compettion and prize giving.
We were delighted to sponsor the ‘Royal Tournament’ and the long distance race, both highlights of a busy week on the River Crouch and make our contribution to help make this fun but by all accounts, very tiring, week possible.
Investing in young people and local communities
Supporting Otter Week reflects values that Bakers of Danbury cares strongly about: teamwork, promoting outdoor sport, engaging young people and investing in communities that are local to us.
