About the Site Manager job
We are looking for an Site Manager who can manage repair works (mainly heritage buildings) as well as new builds.
The successful applicant will estimate construction projects valued between £50,000 and £3,000,000 for the residential, commercial, ecclesiastical and education sectors.
Job role and responsibilities
- Managing all site operatives and contractors
- Ensuring the works are carried out as specified and monitoring quality
- Monitoring site health and safety
- Programming and planning of day to day activities
- Procuring materials and plant
- Attending client and professional team meetings
What skills/experience will you need?
The successful applicant will be a self-motivated, looking to grow their site management experience in a wider range of projects.
Package details
