Festive Cheer and a Year of Giving Back

Christmas celebrations and charity fundraising provided a positive and festive close to 2025 for the Bakers of Danbury team. Throughout the year, our staff took part in a wide range of activities in support of local and national causes — from charity bake sales and awareness days to pink-themed fundraising events and festive Christmas jumper celebrations.

We were especially proud to once again provide the Christmas tree at Eves Corner in Danbury, helping to bring seasonal cheer to the local community.

Alongside this, we raised funds for Home-Start Essex and Cancer Research UK, while continuing to support organisations close to our heritage work, including the Society for the Protection of Ancient Buildings and the Church Conservation Trust.
