Summary = To repair this property after it had suffered from subsidence. Subsidence repairs included the removal of render and installed expanded metal lathe repairs throughout every room within the property.

The porch doors and main entry door were renewed with new doors manufactured by Bakers of Danburys' inhouse joinery workshop. All ironmongery for both doors were preserved and refitted to the new doors. The glazing was also removed from the existing and installed into the new doors.

All rooms were redecorated including repairs and painting. Subsidence repairs were carried out to the front elevation external render in addition to repairs to the bay window.

Location = Tollesbury, Essex

Summary = A subsidence claim for which Bakers of Danbury removed the patio at the rear and a slab to the side of the house, in preparation for carrying out piling to the property.

Once the piling works were complete, the concrete slab to the side of the property was renewed and repointing carried out to match the existing. A new concrete path was also laid.

Within the property, internal cracks which were caused by the subsidence were repaired and redecorating was carried out.

The external excavation was sealed off after works every evening, to maintain health and safety of the homeowners continued to who live in the property whilst these external and internal works were carried out.
